As many of you know, my husband and I are small business owners right here in Dakota County.
I remember the fear and excitement of signing loan papers while our 4-week-old son slept in his carseat between us. Together with our business partners we've put countless hours, energy and elbow grease into this venture, as it has become equal parts "entrepreneurial endeavor" and "labor of love."
These experiences shape my support and advocacy of small businesses in Rosemount, as I'm living a shared experience with our local owners and operators.
